Managing Your Applications

The My Applications page lets you track all your game key applications in one place.

Accessing My Applications​

Click My Applications in the sidebar to see all your applications and their current statuses.

Application List​

Each application card shows:

  • Game cover image and title — The game you applied for
  • Program name — The specific creator program
  • Status badge — Current application status (Pending, Approved, Rejected)
  • Date applied — When you submitted the application
  • Date reviewed — When the developer made a decision (if reviewed)
  • Game key — Your assigned key with a reveal button (if approved and a key was available)

Approved Applications​

For approved applications, you'll see:

  • A Reveal Key button to view your game key
  • A Submit Content button (if you haven't submitted content yet)
  • A View Submissions link (if you've already submitted content)

Pending Applications​

For pending applications, you'll see a Withdraw button to cancel your application.

Rejected Applications​

For rejected applications, the rejection reason from the developer is displayed (if one was provided).

Content Deadline Warning​

If your approved application has a content deadline and you haven't submitted content yet, an amber warning will appear showing the deadline date.

Filtering Applications​

Filter your applications by status to quickly find what you're looking for:

  • All — View every application
  • Pending — Applications awaiting developer review
  • Approved — Applications that have been accepted
  • Rejected — Applications that were declined

Application Details​

Click View Details on any application to open the full detail page, which includes:

  • Your submitted planned content and justification
  • The developer's review notes (if any)
  • Your assigned game key with copy-to-clipboard (for approved applications)
  • Program requirements, embargo dates, and content guidelines
  • Content submission form and your past submissions

Withdrawing an Application​

You can withdraw a pending application if you change your mind:

  1. Find the pending application in your list
  2. Click Withdraw
  3. Confirm the withdrawal in the dialog

Withdrawing an application cannot be undone.
