Setting Up Creator Programs
Create and configure your creator programs to work with content creators
Creator Programs are available on paid plans and are configured per game.
What is a Creator Program?
A Creator Program lets you manage relationships with content creators (streamers, YouTubers, reviewers) who want to cover your game.
- Creators apply through the Creator Portal
- You review applications and channel stats
- Approved creators receive game keys
- Track content they create about your game
Creating a Program
- Navigate to your game
- Go to Creator Programs in the game sidebar
- Click "Create Program"
- Configure program settings
- Save and set the status to Active when ready
Program Settings
Basic Information
- Program Title - e.g., "[Game Name] Creator Program"
- Description - What you offer creators and what you're looking for
- Status - Draft, Active, Paused, Closed, or Archived
Program Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not visible to creators, still being configured |
| Active | Open and accepting applications |
| Paused | Temporarily not accepting new applications |
| Closed | No longer accepting applications |
| Archived | Hidden from view, for completed programs |
Eligibility Requirements
Set minimum requirements for applicants:
- Minimum subscribers - e.g., 100+ YouTube subscribers
- Minimum average views - Average views per video
- Minimum reliability score - A 0-100 score based on the creator's content fulfillment history
- Target platforms - YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.
These requirements help filter applications. You can still approve creators who show potential even if they don't meet every threshold.
Content Requirements
Use the content requirements field to describe what you expect from creators, such as content type, minimum length, disclosure requirements, and deadlines.
Application Form
When creators apply, they fill out a form with these fields:
- Planned content - What type of content they plan to create
- Justification - Why they want to cover your game (if enabled)
Channel URLs and social accounts are pulled from the creator's profile, so they don't need to re-enter them for each application.
Key Distribution
When you approve a creator, GSHub can automatically assign them a game key from your distribution key pool. Add distribution keys to your program so they're ready for approved creators.
