Creating a Game
Add your first game to GSHub and start building your presence
Game Creation Wizard
GSHub uses a step-by-step wizard to guide you through creating a game.
- Navigate to Games in the sidebar
- Click "Add New Game"
- Follow the wizard through each step:
- Game Details - Title, description, release date, and status
- Landing Page - Choose your page integration mode
- Cover Image - Upload your game's cover art
- Logo - Upload your game logo
- Hero Image - Upload your hero/banner image
- Trailer - Add a video trailer
- Description - Write your game description
- Gallery - Add screenshots and media
- Content Sections - Add feature highlights and content blocks
- App Stores - Add your Steam App ID and other store links
- Social Links - Connect your Twitter, Discord, YouTube, etc.
- Email Collection - Configure email collection preferences
- Legal - Terms and privacy information
- Template - Choose a landing page template
Steam Import
Enter your Steam App ID during the Game Details step. GSHub will use your Steam data to populate your landing page with screenshots, descriptions, and other details.
Recommended Image Sizes
- Cover Art: 460 x 215px (Steam capsule format)
- Hero Image: 1920 x 1080px (16:9 ratio)
- Screenshots: 1920 x 1080px (16:9 ratio)
- Logo: 400 x 200px (PNG with transparency)

All images must be under 5MB. Images are automatically optimized for web delivery.
Game Settings
After creating your game, you can configure additional settings:
- Store Links - Add links to Steam, Epic, GOG, and other stores
- Social Media - Connect your Twitter, Discord, YouTube, and more
- Release Status - During creation: Released, Early Access, Coming Soon, or TBA. After creation, options change to: Released, Early Access, Coming Soon, In Development, Beta, and Alpha
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I edit game details after creation?
Yes! You can edit all game details at any time from the game's settings tabs.
How do I delete a game?
Open your game and use the Delete button in the game header bar.
Deleting Games
Deleting a game is permanent and cannot be undone. All associated campaigns, reward codes, analytics data, and landing page content will be permanently deleted.
