Solutions to frequently encountered problems

Login & Account Issues

Can't Log In

If you're having trouble logging in:

  1. Check your email address for typos
  2. Try the "Forgot Password" link
  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  4. Try a different browser
  5. Disable browser extensions temporarily

If you signed up with Google or Discord, use the same method to log in. Email/password won't work for social logins.

Email Not Verified

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Add noreply@gshub.io to your contacts
  3. Click "Resend Verification Email" on the login page
  4. Wait a few minutes and try again

Landing Page Issues

Page Not Loading

  • Check if the game is published (not paused)
  • Verify the URL is correct
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try incognito/private mode

Images Not Showing

  • Ensure images are under 5MB each
  • Use supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF
  • Wait for upload to complete before publishing
  • Try re-uploading the image

Images may take a few minutes to propagate to our CDN after upload. If not showing, wait 5 minutes and refresh.

Custom Domain Not Working

  1. Verify your TXT DNS record is set correctly for domain verification
  2. Wait up to 48 hours for DNS propagation
  3. Check domain verification status in your game settings
  4. Ensure SSL certificate is active

Reward Code Issues

Codes Not Being Claimed

  • Check that the reward code type is enabled
  • Verify there are available (unclaimed) codes in the pool
  • Ensure the requirement settings are correct (Wishlist, Email, or both)

Duplicate Entry Errors

Users seeing "already claimed" errors may have previously claimed a code with the same account.

Analytics Issues

Data Not Showing

  • Analytics data is typically available within minutes of page visits
  • Check if the correct date range is selected
  • Ensure your page has been published
  • Self-visits may be filtered out

Numbers Don't Match External Tools

Differences with Google Analytics or other tools are normal due to:

  • Different tracking methodologies
  • Bot filtering differences
  • Time zone differences
  • Session definition variations

Billing Issues

Payment Failed

  1. Check card details are correct
  2. Ensure sufficient funds available
  3. Contact your bank if payments are being blocked
  4. Try a different card

Can't Update Card

  1. Navigate to Subscription in the sidebar
  2. Check for payment method options on the subscription page
  3. If you need further assistance, contact support to update your card details
