What to Include in Your Request
Help us help you faster by including:
- Account email - So we can find your account
- Detailed description - What happened vs. what you expected
- Steps to reproduce - How can we see the issue?
- Screenshots - A picture is worth 1000 words
- Error messages - Copy the exact text
- Browser & OS - Chrome on Windows 11, etc.

Urgent Issues
For urgent production issues (site down, security concerns):
- Email urgent@gshub.io with "URGENT" in subject
- Include your account email and game name
- Describe the impact on your users
