Managing Applications

Review and manage creator applications efficiently

Application Overview​

Access applications from your game's Creator Programs section. Select a program to see its applications.

The overview shows status counts:

  • Pending - Awaiting your review
  • Approved - Accepted creators
  • Rejected - Declined applications
  • Ignored - Applications you've dismissed

Reviewing Applications​

For each application, you can see:

  • Creator details - Display name, profile image, bio
  • Social accounts - Platform names and subscriber counts
  • Reliability score - Based on their content fulfillment history
  • Planned content - What they plan to create
  • Justification - Why they want to cover your game
Quick Review

Check the creator's social account details and reliability score to quickly assess their reach before making a decision.

Application Actions​

Approve​

When you approve an application:

  1. A distribution key is automatically assigned (if available in your program's key pool)
  2. Creator receives an approval email with their game key (if a key was available)
  3. Their application status changes to Approved

Reject​

When rejecting an application:

  • You'll be prompted to provide a rejection reason (optional, included in the notification email)
  • Creator is notified via email

Ignore​

Use ignore for applications you don't want to act on immediately. Ignored applications are hidden from the pending view but can be revisited later.

Application Status Flow​

Pending → Approved
Pending → Rejected
Pending → Ignored
Pending → Withdrawn (by creator)
