Configure your account for the best GSHub experience

Complete Your Studio Profile​

A complete profile helps build trust with creators and makes your studio look professional.

  1. Navigate to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Under the Studio Profile tab, configure:
    • Studio display name
    • Studio description
    • Location and founded year
    • Website URL
    • Press contact email and phone
    • Studio logo and header/banner images
Per-Game Social Links

Social media links (Twitter, Discord, YouTube, etc.) are configured per game in each game's settings, not at the studio level.

Set Up Your Personal Profile​

Your personal profile is managed separately from your studio.

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Profile & Settings
  2. View your profile information (name, email, and avatar are managed through your authentication provider)
  3. Under My Accounts, you can see all accounts you belong to

Notification Preferences​

Control how you receive notifications from GSHub.

  1. Go to Profile → Notifications tab
  2. Configure your preferences:
    • In-App Notifications - Toggle on/off
    • Email Notifications - Toggle on/off
    • Email Frequency - Choose from Instant, Daily Digest, Weekly Digest, or Important Only
Email Deliverability

Add notifications@gshub.io to your contacts to ensure our emails don't go to spam.

Authentication​

Your login credentials are managed through your authentication provider (Google, Discord, or email/password via Auth0). To update your login details, use your provider's account settings.

Billing Information​

Keep your subscription and payment information up to date to avoid service interruptions.

  1. Navigate to Subscription in the sidebar
  2. View your current plan and usage
  3. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan directly from the subscription page
